Product Guarantees and Refunds

1. Order Confirmation and Activation:
Once your order is confirmed and your IPTV account is activated, we do not offer refunds. IPTV accounts are unique and linked to the device used during registration.

 

2. Guarantee Period:
Our products come with a 12-month guarantee. During this period, IPTV STREAM PLUS will replace or refund any product that is damaged or malfunctioning due to the manufacturer’s fault.

 

3. Delivery Issues:
If we are unable to deliver your order for any reason, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

4. Incorrect Products and Activation Issues:

  • If you receive an incorrect product or if your key code has not been activated, we will provide a replacement.
  • If the key code cannot be activated for any unknown reason, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will offer a replacement.
 

5. Technical Support:
If you encounter any issues with the product you purchased, please contact our support team. Provide a detailed description of the problem along with screenshots or photos to help us assess the situation. Our technicians are available to assist you with installation and activation. In the rare event that our support staff is unable to resolve your issue, your order may be eligible for a refund.
